Australia’s best established and up-and-coming businesses were recognised at the prestigious Optus My Business Awards held on Friday night, 10 November 2017.
Some 150 finalists were vying to be named the best of the best across 28 categories.

Phoebe Lane [E.2.4a.1b.3c.2d.2e=] has served as PKL Recruitment’s Managing Director and sole owner since its inception in 1995. Drawing up on 25 years of experience in the office support and contract recruitment sectors Phoebe’s primary focus is developing the company’s business and financial strategies for continued growth and to ensure impeccable service delivery. As part of her role, she leverages industry trends, develops new geographic markets, identifies potential targets and forges industry partnerships to facilitate PKL Recruitment’s ongoing long-term success.
In addition to her fiduciary and risk management responsibilities, Phoebe also serves as a mentor to all of PKL Recruitment employees. Her open leadership philosophy is apparent in the way she operates the business, empowers her staff and builds relationships with clients, candidates and serves her community.
